Fruits of the Dalrymple vigna are sold in the potpourri trade as “chow beans.” These lugumes are varying shades of brown, and often with fine, reticulated veining on the exterior, varying shades of beige on the interior, 6-8 cm long x 1.5-2.5 cm wide.
Vigna luteola is native throughout the tropics and subtropics but cultivated worldwide as animal forage.
