Combretum latifolium Blume, Bijd. 641 (1825).

Description

The fruits, pseudodrupes, of this climber are ovoid, 2.5-3 cm long x 2-3 cm wide, with four membranous wings, often shredded. These are called “large arjun” in the potpourri trade.

Combretum latifolium is native to India.
