Head: medial sulcus present; rounded depression present on vertexvertex:
occupies the area behind and between the eyes

smooth, sparsely setose.
Antenna: with 11‑antennomeres, fusiform, not thickened at apex, slightly compressed laterally, striate; antennomere 1 subglobular; 2 transverse; 3 to 5 cylindrical, 3 longest; 6 to 10 transverse; 11 pointed at apex; 7 to 11 pubescent.
Pronotum: longer than wide, convex, uniformly punctate; basal impression present; longitudinal medial carina present.
Scutellum: subquadrate.
Elytron: subparallel, slightly divergent posteriorly; lateral margin smooth; apical margin dentate; with 8 rows of punctures plus scutellar row, with some additional puncture rows on humerus; tricostate.
Leg: tarsal claws with two teeth.
Venter: prosternumprosternum:
contains two anterior coxal cavities
elevated between front coxae, depressed toward mouth, not projecting forward.
