Typification

Type: CHINA recovered from stream water in Xichang, Sichuan isolate LS06.3.2T deposited in the CBS Fungal Biodiversity Centre, Utrecht, The Netherlands, as CBS 142610T, and China Forestry Culture Collection Centre, Beijing, PR China, as CFCC 51826T (three types: invalid species)

Original manuscript describes: The type isolate LS06.3.2T, recovered from stream water in Xichang, Sichuan province of China, has been deposited in the CBS Fungal Biodiversity Centre, Utrecht, The Netherlands, as CBS 142610T and China Forestry Culture Collection Centre, Beijing, PR China, as CFCC 51826T. GenBank accession numbers of ITS, β-tubulin and elongation factor 1a KY707104, KY787198, and KY707115.

Mistake in the manuscript: In NCBI, KY707104 corresponds to Phytophthora sp. isolate LS06.3.2 β-tubulin gene, partial cds. KY787198 Phytophthora sp. isolate LS06.3.2 translation elongation factor 1-α gene, partial cds. KY707115 Phytophthora sp. isolate LS06.3.2 internal transcribed spacer 1 and 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene, complete sequence; and internal transcribed spacer 2, partial sequence.

Correct sequences for ex-type : ITS rDNA KY707115, β-tubulin KY707104 and translation elongation factor KY787198 (submitted as Phytophthora sp. isolate LS06.3.2)
