Diagnosis

5.0−5.5 mm long; (mean = 5.2 mm; n = 5); 2.27−2.5 times as long as wide. This species can be distinguished by the comparatively small size; truncatetruncate:
appearing cut off or suddenly shortened
declivitydeclivity:
downward slope of either the pronotum or elytra
with a circumdeclivital costacosta:
elevated ridge that is rounded at its crest, not necessarily with sharp appearance
; and 2−3 denticlesdenticle:
a small tooth, the sides of which are equal and the tip is above the middle of the base

pertaining to the elytral declivity
