Panicles of terminal one-sided racemes; flowers swollen at base, perianth +/- tubular, split on ventral side and at apex splitting into 6 tepal lobes; lobes often recurved toward dorsal side; exterior covered with wooly hairs responsible for flower color. Cultivar and/or species variation
Flowers yellow, red, orange, pink, or green, ca. 3-10 cm long; ventral split +/- deep; tepal lobes erect to strongly recurved. Countries exporting
