Fruit a dehiscent (circumscissile) capsule, oblong-ovoid, (2.5)3–5 mm long, containing 1–2 seeds.
Seed oblong in outline, somewhat compressed, cross-section C-shaped, rounded on dorsal face, longitudinally channeled with involute margins on ventral face, 2–3 mm long x 0.8–1.2 mm wide x 0.4–0.8 mm thick. Surface shiny, smooth (appearing shallowly wavy and minutely granular under magnification), medium to dark brown with a pale brown stripe on dorsal side.
Hilum elliptic, 0.4–0.8 mm long x 0.2–0.4 mm wide, sunken in ventral groove, usually darker than testa, sometimes surrounded by lighter funicular remnants.
