Fruit a cylindrical capsule 3.5–9 mm long, often slightly curved, open at the tip by 10 teeth and containing many seeds.
Seed ± triangular to obovate in outline, laterally compressed, cross-section wedge-shaped, 0.4–0.6 mm long x 0.3–0.5 mm wide x 0.2–0.3 mm thick. Surface dull, pale brown to orangish-brown, covered with tuberculate cells, tubercles irregularly-shaped to oblong.
Hilum in shallow notch at base.
Embryo peripheral, curved around the hard, semi-transparent perisperm.
