Diagnosis

1.8−1.9 mm long (mean = 1.82 mm; n = 5); 2.25−2.57 times as long as wide. This species can be distinguished by the elytrall summit armed by two pairs of minute denticles, one pair on interstriae 2 and the other on interstriae 3.

May be confused with

Diuncus haberkorni, D. mucronatus, and D. mucronatulus
