2.8−3.2 mm long (mean = 2.65 mm; n = 5); 2.8−3.2 times as long as wide. This species is distinguished by its very elongate body and pronotum when viewed dorsally (type 7); antennal club type 5; and elytral declivital surface shagreened, dull.

Recorded from two species of Eugenia (Myrtaceae), and Elaeocarpus (Elaeocarpaceae) (Maiti and Saha 2004).
